HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
Arrive at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) or Bremerton National Airport (KPWT)
Less than 90 minutes from Seattle, Poulsbo is easily accessible by car or ferry.
By car:
From the West: Travel over the Hood Canal Bridge (the world’s longest floating bridge over tidal water) or by HWY 3 from the South. Poulsbo offers free parking and access to electric plug charging stations for those traveling green.
From Seattle / Sea-Tac Airport: Follow I-5 South to Tacoma. Just past the Tacoma Dome, exit at Highway 16 to Bremerton. Go over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and continue past Gig Harbor and Port Orchard. Take the WA-305 exit towards: Poulsbo/Bainbridge Island / Kingston.
By ferry:
Washington State Ferry: Riders have the option to drive on or walk on. The Washington State Ferry Service offers the flexibility of 4 routes, making it easy to travel by ferry, allowing you to relax and take in the sites. If you are coming from the Downtown Seattle area, the Bainbridge Island route is the closest to Poulsbo.
What's Included:
In-house accomodations
This retreat space has shared rooms and bathrooms. One room has 2 bunk beds with 4 beds total, Two rooms have 2 beds, and there is one room with one king bed. First come first served.
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks)
All meals will be provided. You will be learning how to meal prep and cook simple meals so you can incorporate a healthy nutritious lifestyle when you get back home.
Retreat Sessions
You will be working in person with world class personal trainer Adriana Medina Cagan and spiritual teacher Candice Box each day of the retreat.
We have planned a balanced schedule, including workouts, yoga, meal prep, lectures, energy work, and interactive group sessions. Free time is built into the schedule to allow sufficient time for integration, socializing and enjoying all the retreat grounds have to offer, such as a long walk on the beach, hot tub, and a trip to the historical Poulsbo (Little Norway) town.
What's Not Included:
Airfare or shuttle service
You are responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the retreat space, including airfare and/or shuttle, and any costs involved.
Other non-included items
Items such as souvenir shopping, personal phone calls, spa services, taxis, and laundry services.
Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans.
You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options. Please be sure to bring your medical insurance card and any medical prescriptions you may need to support your well-being.

Poulsbo's historic Little Norway is one of the Kitsap Peninsula's favorite and most popular destination for visitors of all ages and interests. Stroll down Front Street to explore galleries, museums, and shops in Poulsbo's growing Arts District or stop by one of several waterfront restaurants for a bite to eat overlooking the marina and waterfront park. Poulsbo is very pedestrian, child, and pet-friendly.
As you approach Poulsbo on Highway 305 from the Bainbridge ferry landing, you realize that you’ve entered the world of the Northwest Nordic, where roads have names like Lovgreen, Reitan, and Noll. And the Norskie nomenclature gets even more intense once inside the city limits, with street names like Fjord Drive, Iverson Street, and Jensen Way.
This charming waterfront community welcomes visitors for the day, overnight and for long, relaxing vacations.
